We ignore the people who are really suffering, we make ourselves look foolish with unnecessary drama, we blame ourselves for things we didn't do, and we generally allow our egos to run amok through our lives like the proverbial bull in a china shop. Your ego cuts both ways. Too much or too little and you're in trouble.

That's why you need to get over yourself, and all the distractions and noise that your ego brings.
