Some people think it's noble to be alone. They think it's a badge of honor to refuse help or to need someone. Some think that there's some sort of nobility in being serious and cynical and to wash their hands of love. Some of them think that they are above it all by being a martyr for every little thing.
They think that there is some strange honor to be had by sacrificing their own needs and their own happiness for people who could care less about them. They think that there is some virtue in misery.
This is all fear and Insecurity again. They are afraid to try, afraid to get hurt, afraid to not be in control. They fear letting others down, so they let themselves down. They waste their lives away and tell themselves that they are answering some higher calling, or somehow above it all.
The stars think you should rethink that attitude, and make the most out of what time you have in this world. No one cares about your needless sacrifice, no one cares about your self inflicted misery, no one thinks you're laden with integrity and gravitas.
They think it's exhausting and sad, and it is. So get over yourself and start living, whether it frightens you or not.

The stars know how hard it is to get motivated sometimes. They know that once you're situated, you can come up with a million excuses not to get back up and do the things that need doing.
They want you to know that you don't have to move a mountain. Just doing some little thing can get you a sense of accomplishment. Any little positive thing. Taking out the trash, clearing off the counter, paying your bills.
Once you get moving, sometimes you keep moving, and you feel just a little bit better about yourself. Then you want to keep feeling better.
The stars know that sometimes you just sit right back down again. That's okay, there's always tomorrow. After all, it's only Monday.
Oops, Tuesday.
That's why you have to be careful not to sit too long. The days have a way of slipping by.

Whatever the reason, they will punish you and be unreasonable, and occasionally they will tear you apart. That doesn't mean you deserve it. They are punishing you because of something someone did to them, probably long before you came along.
Don't let their self loathing and insecurities make you be like them. Misery has a way of multiplying. Hold on to your compassion and your ability to love, even if you want to lash out, or give up and sink into despair.

Don't let it make you see yourself as anything less, don't blame yourself for their baggage, and don't let them make you hate them, because that's what they are trying to do. They want to prove to you that they are as horrible as they think they are. Don't join in.

You give love, you get love. That's true, but the stars want you to realize that love owes you nothing. Love isn't always magical, love isn't always perfect. Love doesn't mean control, love isn't always safe. Love does not play by any set of rules.
Love has a million different meanings to billions of people, and no two are exactly the same.
So yeah, if you give love, you will get love, but sometimes it might destroy you as easily as fulfill your dreams. But at least you'll be getting love. You give hate and you're only getting hatred back, and there's no chance of winning in that instance. You might think love is a suckers bet, but it's really the only bet you have that might get you anything back that's worthwhile.
If you're going to gamble, always bet on love.
