The stars want you to realize that there are a lot of people out there who will try to control you. Some by force, but most through guilt and shame and mental abuse. They will try to make you feel bad about who you are, or doubt yourself, or think that you are wrong for feeling the way you do. They will badger you and wear you down.
It could be abusive partners, or predators, or more likely friends and family who don't think that they are doing anything wrong. Some might even think they are helping you. They think it's their job to micromanage your life, to point out every fault they perceive, to keep you down and under their thumb.
The stars want you to understand that there are very few people in your lifetime that you owe an explanation to. You would do well to tell the rest of them to fuck off, and don't give them any say over how you live your life. They have already proven they don't deserve that power.
