The stars see so many people who are in conflict. Their fears and insecurities keep them from being who they really are. They try to please people they don’t even really like. They try to hide their perceived flaws by behaving in ways that go against their true feelings. They act out and treat others badly to take the spotlight off of them. They look to blame people they don’t even know to reassure themselves that they aren’t the problem. They do whatever it takes to fit in, even with a group of people that goes against everything they believe.
They present themselves as someone who they aren’t, someone who at times disgusts them, and the cycle continues to spin. They deny who they are, they deny any facts or opinions that goes against their distorted views. Soon the mask they put on for others becomes indistinguishable even to them, and the transformation is complete. They become the thing that they hate.
You cannot find peace and happiness in conflict, not with the people in your life, not in your environment, and certainly not within yourself. Find the courage to be who you really are. Stick to your beliefs and convictions. When you know who you are and what you believe, you aren’t afraid to open your mind to other ideas and views, and change if need be. When you become an individual, you can lend yourself to the people who need you without being swallowed up and influenced by their bad traits. When you learn to trust who you are, you stop being needy, and you will also stop being contrarian and combative.
You will simply be you, and once you arrive there, the road gets so much easier.
