Go out and listen to some music and reconnect with friends, go out to dinner and treat yourself, go take a walk if you can’t do anything else. But whatever you do, leave all your problems and worries behind when you do, if only for a little while. They will all be there when you get back, have no fear.
Maybe not, though. Maybe for a few of you, one or two of your worries will slip out of your mind and not find it’s way back in. Perhaps you will meet someone or find something that fixes one of your sticky situations.
