The stars want to wish you a good night, and hope you have sweet dreams. In these chaotic and stressful times, a good night's sleep is sometimes hard to come by. All the noise and demands of the day slip away, and you are able to hear yourself think. Many times, the things your brain wants to tell you are not comforting and relaxing.
That is your brain's job, though. To make sure you are keeping track of everything, and using its quiet time to form plans for the things that are confronting you during your waking life. Like most of the things your brain does, it does not handle this conveniently or concisely. Often just worrying about being able to sleep will cause you to stay awake. Seriously, your brain is pretty messed up sometimes.
It is up to you to train your brain to work productively and efficiently. It can be done. The stars are not going to start giving you a bunch of self help ideas to cure insomnia. They are not going to tell you to meditate or count sheep. There are a multitude of things you can do to help you sleep better, and everyone is different, so it's up to you to seek out and try different things until you find the solution that works best for you.
They will tell you to try not to overthink it all. Spend some time before you fall asleep thinking about how to best do the things you need to do. Go over your options and figure out some ways to fix what's broken or achieve tomorrow what you have come up short on today. Most of all, remind yourself that even though you lay in bed countless nights consumed with dread and anxiety, the morning always came, and you lived to see your bed again the next night. Take comfort in the fact that you have accomplished amazing things, even when you spent the whole night listening to your brain tell you that you couldn't.
The stars want you to go to sleep with the confidence you earned, with the knowledge that people love you, and new opportunities and joy await you.
Then let it all go, all the wasted time and energy spent thinking yourself in circles. Dream your night away in blissful slumber, so tomorrow you can make your own dreams come true.
