We are often tempted to compromise our morals and our integrity because we feel like we have no other choice. Because we feel we need to sink to someone else's level, and get in the mud to fight it out. We sometimes stop trying our best because everyone else we know, or at work, seems to stop caring.
We feel we are getting the short end of the stick, or we feel like we are missing out or losing because someone else is getting ahead by cheating or being evil. We lower ourselves to using the same tactics and adopting the same attitudes which we despise.
The stars want you to know that when you do that, you are cheating yourself, and cheating those who admire you. You are extinguishing another light, in a time when people need light most of all.
The stars implore you to stick to your principles and have faith and patience that doing the right thing is always the way to go. When you sell yourself out, you weaken your position. You weaken your cause. You weaken your self worth.
If you have integrity, even when you fall short, you will still inspire. You will have more power and more fortitude for when you try again. And you will try again, on your own terms, and that will make you stronger, happier, and bring you the peace of mind that comes from staying true to yourself. You didn't give in, you didn't become something you hate, you didn't let yourself or anyone else down. You can look your loved ones and your children in the eye and be proud.
