The stars want to remind you to thank the people you should thank. Let them know that you appreciate all they've done for you and what they mean to you. Even if they drive you crazy sometimes, even if you feel embarrassed doing it, and think that you can't live up to what you believe they expect of you.
Thank them for what they've given you, thank them for any trouble they saved you from, thank them for protecting you from harm. Thank them because they took a bullet for you, thank them because they believed in you when you didn't believe in yourself. Thank them for letting you off the hook, thank them for not being petty or punishing you out of spite.
Thank them sticking by you, thank them for being hard on you when you needed it, thank them for loving you when you couldn't even love yourself.
Thank them for being what you couldn't be at the time, thank them for carrying you when you were weak or confused or frightened. Thank them for holding your hand and just being there.
Because it's hard being the giver. It's hard being strong. It's hard doing what's right, but we all rise to the occasion at times, and we all deserve a little acknowledgement and appreciation from time to time.
The stars are thankful for anyone that makes life better for someone else, or sacrifices a little of their time or happiness so that others might have it a little better. You should be too, because nobody in this world gets anywhere completely on their own. There's always someone to thank.
