The stars want to remind you that everything in the universe is basically in a constant state of free fall. Orbits are just a constant state of falling. Objects are simply tumbling through the expanse, subject to the whims of gravity and circumstance.
Perhaps that will result in new stars and solar systems and life, or perhaps it will feed a black hole or wander too close to an impending supernova. So much is not about control as it is about happenstance and luck.
So if you find yourself sometimes feeling untethered and adrift, falling and not even sure that gravity exists anymore, that's part of life. That doesn't mean you give up, but it might mean you are going through change, and you never know where you are going to land. It could be new life, or it could be a black hole, but still something has to change.
So the stars want to tell you not to be afraid, and to keep your wits about you. Free fall can deliver you someplace new and wonderful. It can help you get a perspective on your life as it goes flying by. It is just one more thing in life you need to learn how to navigate. If it helps, just remember that you are living on a planet falling forever around a star that is falling forever along with the rest of universe, always into the unknown, always into change, always into oblivion. Life is an eternity of falling. You should be used to it by now.
