Today's Horoscope
All signs:
Sometimes life is exhausting. People are exhausting, work is exhausting, home life is exhausting. Your daily routine, your commute, your partner, your kids, your pets, all exhausting. The news, politics, even entertainment, completely exhausting.
Life can seem like it's pushing you and testing you constantly, with huge obstacles and a million tiny annoyances. People will vex and disappoint you, the world will not work the way you want it to, and biology and physics will sometimes seem like your enemy.
Some of that is just the flipside of individuality and emotions. The more you think for yourself and learn, the less you'll tend to agree with the rest of the world.
Some of the rest is laziness and unrealistic expectations. When you find yourself getting annoyed at a lot of the same things, you have to ask yourself why you keep thinking that something that isn't easy or satisfying the first hundred times suddenly will be. Repeating bad behavior, or hoping damaged people will magically change is exhausting.
The rest of it is just the way life goes. From caveman days, to ancient times, to modern life. It's just going to be exhausting, because no matter how much you want it to be something different, life is competition and happenstance, full of good and evil and indifference. You are going to have to go through a lot of it feeling exhausted. If not, you're going to miss out, and you're not going to get very far.
That's why the stars always tell you to recognize joy when you have it, and cherish the people in your life that help to make things easier. We have to stifle whatever thing resides in us that only serves to punish and hinder ourselves and drive away those we love. Resist that urge to use the fact that life can be hard to convince yourself that there's no point in even trying.
Nearly every accomplishment, every moment of triumph, anything good in life that has been earned or achieved, the people involved have been exhausted. The stars wonder why you would ever think greatness is easy.
