Today's Horoscope

All signs:
The stars know that there are enough problems in the world. They know that people let you down and that tragedy happens in our lives. The stars want to help us get through all that. They want us to survive, then they want us to heal, then they want us to fight and make the world and our lives better.
The stars need you to first understand that it all starts with you. You need to do the actual work to get better. You need to make a conscious choice to move forward and repair your life. It's not easy. Not by a long shot. It takes all your strength and will to get some forward momentum going, like pushing a locomotive. You can do it though. The world is full of people who thought they couldn't go on, who have suffered cataclysmic loss, yet prevailed. You can too.
Then there's the other side.
You can't help someone that doesn't want help. It's hard to fight for someone that is actively fighting against themselves. At that point, all you can do is try to show them a better world, that there is a better future. Be prepared though, it's frustrating and time consuming. It's taxing, and an uphill battle in the truest sense of the word. You might want to reconsider if you even want to do it.
Sometimes you don't have a choice. Sometimes it's your children or family, or the people you love most. Sometimes you can't just stand by while someone destroys everything they have and everything they are.
So if you want or need to help, help. Don't be judgmental, don't be impatient, don't harm or enable, because that's not helping. Most likely you're not a grief counselor or a psychiatrist, so don't try to be. If it becomes clear someone needs outside help, gently push them in that direction. Keep in mind though; that person will most likely resist that too. The stars know you'll have your work cut out for you.
The world is full of horrors, it's true, but together we can always make the world better. You're never going to make the world perfect, but as long as it's not perfect, that means there's room for improvement.
Choose to make it better.
