Today do a mental inventory and make sure that the things that are upsetting you/pissing you off/making you sad/got you feeling unloved about other people are not just in your own head.
Think about how often you get mad at someone when you haven't even spoken to them. Our brains are great at forming convoluted scenarios where we are always the one getting slighted, and often the people we feel are doing it to us are completely unaware and probably innocent.
Point is, we seem to excel at finding things to make our lives a misery. Life can be miserable enough, don't help it along with things you can actually control. That's just making yourself miserable, and that's not too smart, is it?
