The stars think it's nice that you have a holiday to give thanks. You should give thanks, and not just be thankful one day a year as well.
While you're listing all the things that you're thankful for, don't forget to include yourself. While the good things you have been given and the people in your life that have been there for you certainly are worthy of appreciation, keep in mind that many of the things you are thankful for might not be there if not for you, and your accomplishments.
The stars often talk about how we neglect our own needs and achievements, whether from insecurity, a warped sense of shame or humility, or just because of the simple fact that most of us are good people who put others ahead of themselves.
So remember to thank yourselves, and remember to strive to be someone who other people are thankful for as well.
