People are going to use you. They will love you when they need you, and then ignore you when they don't. They will build you up and tell you how wonderful you are until they decide that they feel foolish, or start to hold you in contempt for being something they depend on, or just knowing you reminds them of their flaws. Some people just take their stuff out on you, when all you did was try to help them or love them.
The stars want you to understand that's just life. It's not everybody, and it's usually not your fault. Everyone is damaged in some way, and a lot of time that damage results in big swings in mood or life views. A lot of times it results in people running from things in their life, good or bad.
A lot of times, it ends up breaking your heart,. and leaving you wondering why. They don't hate you, they hate themselves, and that hate is hard wired and deep.
The important thing to remember is that knowing why isn't always important, because most of the time you can't ever really know why. You don't know all the facts and all the experiences informing their decisions. All you need to know is that they did it, and it's not you, it's them. That has to be enough, and you have to accept it, and not spend all your time searching for an answer you can accept.
In a sense, we all use each other, that's what a big part of all relationships are. It's a weird codependency that is beautiful when it works, and crushing when it doesn't.
