The stars want you stop punishing yourself for other people's bullshit. Bullies don't attack you because there is something wrong with you, they do it because something is wrong with them. People you love and trust don't leave you or betray you if you're treating them right because you are bad or unlovable; they do it because there is something lacking in them.
Most of the doubts and insecurities we have are put there by other people, because of their own doubts and insecurities. People are very easily confused, and they wind up destroying the good things in their lives, while running headlong towards the bad things. Their brains trick them, and lie to them, and they go along with it, rather than question themselves or authority, or even their friends and family.
So chances are, you might be a really wonderful and amazing person, and as much as it goes against everything your brain tells you, you need to demand to be treated like one. Because the sad truth is that the easiest way for most people to feel better about themselves is make someone else feel worse.
The stars need you to know that it's not the way it's supposed to be. You don't need to suffer so some jerk can feel better about how much they hate themselves. Let your self image be based on who you really are, not some twisted reality of what some damaged soul needs you to be.
Learn to tell the difference.
