The stars want to remind you that ghosts are real, and we are all haunted. Our ghosts are from the pain and trauma, the regrets and memories we carry with us. We think they cling to us; yet it is we who cling to them.
They are truly spirits, ethereal and hard to see or grasp most of the time. Like most things, we give them their power and control, and we fear the idea of them more than anything. We fear them when they lurk in the shadows, or bump up against our vision, and we feel them brush against us in the dark.
They are nearly impossible to exorcise, and many times the best we can do is to learn to live with them. And what's wrong with that? Ghosts are ineffectual, and go unnoticed nearly all the time. In fact, many times, you have to really go looking for them.
The best way to deal with ghosts is to learn to live in the light, where they can't get to you. If you choose to remain in the darkness, be prepared to share your space with the wretched undead, and live your life haunted.
