They understand that our demons are always at our door, waiting for us to slip, and how inviting they seem at times. They realize that we are going to fail at times, but they watch with wonder as we get up and get right back to it, pushing that rock up the hill. They see how often the simple responsibilities of supporting yourself or caring for the people in your life who depend on you often seems overwhelming.
The stars need you to know that you aren’t alone. No one person can do it all, and no one person has to. Even if you are dealing with something that only you can fix, you can have support and encouragement. You can also take a break when you need one. Sometimes we feel guilty for taking care of ourselves at times, but that’s just your brain being your enemy, and it will trip you up in the long run. Take care of yourself so you can take care of others, otherwise no one wins.
