But they also know that you have to offset all that with some joy now and then. So as soon as you can, maybe today, maybe right now, give yourself a break and go find some joy. It's all around you if you look, and more importantly, it's all inside you.
Throughout history, even people in the most dire situations have found it within themselves to be joyous. So take a day off from all your troubles and soul searching and hit the reset button. Spring cleaning doesn't just apply to your closet, it applies to your psyche and your soul.
The stars hope you have a frivolous and goofy day, and if you can't seem to have one of those every now and then, figure out why that is. Get a friend to help you, if you have to. Frivolous is always better with friends anyway. Now get the hell out of here and have some fun.
